Delivery is available within the Republic of Croatia, European Union countries, and other countries, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Delivery is carried out via the contracted courier service GLS.
Orders received on working days by ??? (HH:MM) are dispatched the same or the next working day.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The customer is required to inspect the shipment upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, it is recommended to refuse acceptance and notify the seller immediately.
If the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier service will leave a notice regarding redelivery or collection at the nearest depot/parcel locker.
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
